Welcome to the new school year. We are back in session and looking forward to an exciting year. For your child to be a successful student he or she needs to:
| have a quiet place at home to do school work | |
| complete and turn in all school assignments on time | |
| participate in classroom activities | |
| ask for help when necessary | |
| attend school regularly | |
| read daily for pleasure and/or information |
Your child will regularly bring home a 'Teachers/Parents Communicator' folder. This folder will contain assignment schedules, a weekly sampling of the student's work, and places for signatures and comments. It is important that you routinely inspect and return this folder.
